The conversion is plug and play with basic tools. Update April 2022: 60,000 miles later I thought I was have the same symptoms again. Turns out it was actually my transmission’s intermediate band being way out of adjustment. Crawled under the vehicle in the driveway, performed the adjustment, and the transmission is shift perfectly again.
