A: The adapter has to fit a specific direction, only one direction to tight up which is a one-way valve. Easy to use even without a marked In/Out.

A: First, the pulse igniter does not have a battery. Second, the inductive electrode distance is improper or contaminated. Third, high pressure causes or gas orifice pipe blockage. We will provide you with a satisfactory consequence.

**Q: Why use gas canister vertically （in a right way) ?**
A: The camp stoves use the gas to burn but not liquid. If you placed the canister horizontally, the liquefied gas will not have space to turn into gas which resulting in incomplete combustion, such as it spits orange flames.

**Q: Can I return or replacement if the item has any problem？**

I bought this specifically to attach to a camping gas tank as a second stove while camping. I love that it has the attachments for the various gas options. It worked great for the week that we used it in very dry windy conditions. I'm giving it 4 starts though because the ignition stopped working after the 4th day of use. We had a lighter that worked fine for lighting the stove after that.
