When these arrived, one of the three wasn't quite what we ordered. I thought, honest mistake...it happens....let's see how their customer service is. I reached out via Amazon and received a reply back that same day from Kate @ GearProz Support with 1) an apology for the trouble, 2) a request for my address, and 3) a promise to make the order right.Kate made the order right along with a token that showed us that "Good Customer Service" is not as dead as it feels it is at times. There are still good companies out there that value happy and loyal customers over the bottom dollar and realize that, although the journey is longer, giving customers a reason to be happy and loyal WILL eventually increase your bottom dollar.In the grand scheme of things, this seemingly small, subtle gesture created a customer who can't wait for people to ask, "where'd you get that bottle handle?" so I can send more business GearProz's way.
