Review: I came across many negative reviews regarding the power and voltage. This is simply because people were being ignorant of the fact that this product comes from US and needs a step down converter to get it going in India. The seller contacted me twice on two different days to make sure that I was aware of it. Please please please don’t plug in this music system without a step down converter. It has 120V and hence you would need something which can withstand 150V and above capacity for a smoother performance. Mine works perfectly without any sort of disruption. Thank you for your fast delivery and at most care in letting me know and reminding me to buy a step down converter. Will be happy to shop with you again.
Review: Unable to shut the product battery storage space because plug wire did not have a separate space for storage. Requested return and it was collected from home on May 7. I have not received refund till date. Unacceptable wait time.
