It's reflective on both sides. Its strong and durable. I've re-used this mylar on both sides of my indoor greenhouse where I grow tomatoes and perennial flowers. **Q: How thin is this in mils? 2mil? 1mil? 1/2mil? 1/4mil?** A: THE FILM IS VERY THIN AND CAN BE SEEN THROUGH IN CERTAIN LIGHT. It is good to keep hot sun out of the sunroom windows. **Q: Dose it reflect all the light spectrums even the ones we cant see** A: Mylar won't reflect invisible wavelengths except super short infrared.
