I ordered the stage 3 hair and scalp treat because not only is it to treat the areas you need to treat, but it adds volume to the hair that you do have . Volume ? I'd say. It's the only thing I've ever tried that says it adds volume and actually delivers ! Seriously, you want volume to find and it thinning hair ? But this stuff, it's absolutely amazing. I saw on another review here, that there's no instructions as to how much of it to use and when. As for how much, I think I used too much, chad trouble getting the brush through it as I dried it. So, I'd say about a small ping pong ball amount, more if you've long hair.as for his often ? For the benefits of the treatment bit , I don't know, for the thickening effect it has on hair you have, as often as you would want to. Seriously, I'm so impressed, I've bought another bottle.
