Another POR product FAIL !
More POR garbage for an outrageous price. Opened can of silver Top Coat after receiving the package, only to find the paint was thick as paste. Totally unusable. NO mention anywhere on the can or on their website as to what to use to thin the product. So I just had to guess and used their POR solvent. Seemed to work but what a mess. Also, the finish is NON gloss, almost the same as those high temp header paints. Do not buy this crap. Rustolmeum 2X is a much better paint for 1/3 the price.

Absolute fail. "Durable Paint? Rubs off with paper towel"
First the POR 15 standard black undercoat is fantastic.. It is so hard.. After realizing I had a drip, I couldn't sand it off.. I had to file it off.Nothing like this junk.I bought for silver motorcycle frame. Undercoated with POR15 base. Scuffed, wiped, and applied. 2 days later of perfect south Florida winter weather, it simply rubs off with a paper towel. Garbage.Tech support (multiple calls vary between poor and weak). said that they have never heard of something similar. I gave the rest to a friend to check his results. His description, "it is harder to get off stripper dust than this paint". Says it all.Rattle can Rustoleum would have been a better solution. AVOID
