It's a Gimmick deck, and there are hundreds and hundreds of tricks to learn with this deck.Also, Yes, A 9 year old could pick this up very easily and It will help with self confidence. I am 23 years old, and this has helped with my self confidence within the first day. Also, I was able to do 2 tricks within the first 30 minutes with my eyes closed it was so easy.After showing the trick to others on the first day, the reactions I got were amazing. And for a 9 year old, I'm sure it'll be even better!

This is a great deck of cards. I purchased the bridge size because I have small hands. This quality deck comes with directions and a link to a video teaching link. Anyone can do a magic card trick with this deck as soon as you read or watch the video. I am a beginner and I already have 2 tricks that amaze my friends and family ! I will be buying more soon so I have spare decks of cards where ever I need them. Purse, glove box of car, or even with my regular poker cards.
