But as the few remaining X-Men retreat into seclusion, a handful of mutant teenagers refuse to allow their destiny to be decided for them! And no one is more concerned about their fate than Scott Summers, whose young shoulders must bear the heavy weight of the terrible acts committed by his adult counterpart. Cyclops is joined by three of his timetorn teammates - Beast, Iceman and Angel - as well as the All-New Wolverine, Kid Apocalypse and Oya. Together, they're heading out on the highway, looking for adventure, intent on writing their own futures! But when they encounter the baleful Blob, their road trip may end before it begins... COLLECTING: ALL-NEW X-MEN 1-6 Review: Cyclops has been a dirty word for too long. - "Cyclops has been a dirty word for too long. Time to win it back" when Cyclops finally says that, it echoed my thoughts exactly. But this volume is about much more that just the restoration of the heroic Scott Summers; it tells the tale of familiar and less familiar young mutants becoming an iconic X-Men team. It fleshes out a new wolverine and other new team dynamics as this adolescent team grows in popularity in there hipster van equipped with a hungry little 'bamf'. This comic is a unique twist on the mutant heroes, giving a great starting point for fans, plus some great continuation on fan favorite characters. The writer does a great job of weaving subtle commentary by teenagers from the 60's on the social networking age and it's fascinating lack of privacy and social skills. Each character has its own background, own struggles, dilemmas, controversy, and motivations, and each of them gets a chance to grow as the reader gets to know them. This is a compelling start to the series, showcasing that the all new X-Men are here to take on everything the X-Books do best; big baddies, awesome powers, social issues, and personal trials... and have a blast doing it! Despite all the serious topics the young team hits on, the comic keeps a healthy vibe of comedy and lighthearted fun. A great read for old fans and new alike. Enjoy. Review: Fun - Hopeless' task to integrate the revived teenage original X-men with the teen children of many of the second gen X-men is done admirably here, particularly with the ghosts of Cyclops arc. The weight of Inhumans events is interesting but hardly felt. There are some jarring shifts in tone though due to the high teen angst and the number of crossover plots that can be involved in any X-book. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Best Sellers Rank | #828,017 in Books ( See Top 100 in Books ) #1,947 in Superhero Comics & Graphic Novels #3,218 in Marvel Comics & Graphic Novels (Books) | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 156 Reviews | ## Images ![All-New X-Men 1: Ghost of the Cyclops - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/717Eg99r8cL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cyclops has been a dirty word for too long. *by K***N on June 24, 2016* "Cyclops has been a dirty word for too long. I really like that they picked up some great characters from the old Wolverine and the Xmen series. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/28142325-all-new-x-men-1-ghost-of-the-cyclops](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/28142325-all-new-x-men-1-ghost-of-the-cyclops) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-27*
