The alarm will tell you when its time to walk to the grill/smoker/oven! *by B***M on Reviewed in the United States on October 29, 2016* I absolutely LOVE this thermometer! I love that my husband can have the remote receiver with him while having a beer w the guys and I can also walk up to the smoker and check the temp. on the transmitter without having to track him down. I like to adjust the smoker temp. several times while using our smoker depending on the meat temp., smoker temp, and of course time in the smoker. This is a must have! We use it almost every weekend, we have a lot of neighborhood parties and all the guys want one. I've used it for smoking, beef brisket, pork shoulders/butts, and everyone's favorite chicken leg quarters. Neighbors have also brought over various meats to throw in the smoker and everyone loves how easy this thermometer is to use, it's self explanatory and very accurate. We have been at the neighbors house and the "done" (or at temp) alarm has gone off, it transmits an impressive distance. This is such a cool gadget. I highly recommend, It is an advantage to have a readable transmitter and a "walk around" receiver. I would not like having one readable device considering my husband and I are both "keeping an eye" out on the temp. and are never in the same place at the same time. Perfect fit for my busy/super social family! ...pic is of smoked chicken which I was able to keep super moist with perfect skin; with a little goggle research and this thermometer everyone thought I had done this a million times, this is a pic of my first time using this thermometer, made a HUGE difference knowing what was going on inside the meat and not just the temp. around the meat. No more dry overcooked meat!! LOVE IT!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I researched on the internet and saw your unit with great reviews. I purchased it *by B***M on Reviewed in the United States on December 2, 2016* I used a Williams Sonoma remote for ten years, until it became non functional this thanksgiving. I rushed to the local WS store to buy a replacement.Alas, it was a different model, and did not reliably sync for more than 5 minutes...even when within 1 foot of the transmitter!I researched on the internet and saw your unit with great reviews. I purchased it, and tried it and it is quite reliable!I am, for now, HAPPY! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good features and design. But sometimes loses connection and eats batteries. *by C***. on Reviewed in the United States on May 4, 2018* Good features, especially the color-changing backlight. And the button layout and button feel is pretty good. Semi-rugged build (but not as rugged as it appears in the pictures). But this loses connection to the base about every 4th time I use it (requires reset, by pulling the battery). It also eats batteries when it's sitting un-used. During winter, when I only used it a few times, I only got about 3 months between battery changes. My previous (wired) meat thermometer would go years between battery changes. but on the plus side, it uses common AAA batteries, which I've switched to rechargeable. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/28163169-dust-cleaning-dust-cleaner-for-cleaning-supplies-cleaning-car-cleaner](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/28163169-dust-cleaning-dust-cleaner-for-cleaning-supplies-cleaning-car-cleaner) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
