Review: Alzheimer’s dad loves it! - My 92 yo dad still lives at home with my mom, 88 years old. He was hardworking and very active until Alzheimer’s hit. When he entered a tantrum stage I desperately looked for ways mom could “entertain” and calm him. I suggested jig saw puzzles and while there were lots of doubts they have been a hit these past few years. They are but difficult to find, since requirements are thicker, larger, and fewer pieces than average. Colorful, but not too childish. Dad now needs 25 piece puzzles, so I tried this one. I haven’t seen it but mom says it’s his favorite and he jumps with delight when she suggests it! **Q: Does anyone know the names of the dinosaurs?**
A: I hate when people just answer "no." How is that helpful.

I'm not a dinosaur expert, but I am a paleontologist.  So... from the top left a pteranodon (not a dinosaur, but a flying reptile), Brachiosaurus (Blue long-necked dinosaur), Parasaurolophus (Green duck-billed dinosaur), Tyrannosaurus rex (red toothy dinosaur), Stegosaurus (Orange/green plated dinosaur), Deinonychus (Green toothy dinosaur), Apatosaurus (Purple long-necked dinosaur.  I'd also go with Diplodocus. Just don't call it a Brontosaurus), and Ankylosaurus (red spikey dinosaur).  Have fun!

**Q: Is the picture under the pieces?**
A: There is a sticker on the back of the puzzle board of the puzzle for reference. But, there are no pictures under the pieces.

**Q: Does this puzzle have the names of the dinosaurs anywhere on the puzzle or the box?**
A: No, the names aren't listed anywhere.

**Q: is there a picture to view while assembling pieces? To help with placement.**
A: There is an approximately 5 inch x 8 inch picture on the back packaging that if kept would provide an ample picture. The puzzle has only 24 pieces so I believe the picture would be sufficient. Thank you for your question, I hope that this helps.
