Like any new piece of AI equipment, it might take a few tries to get the hang of how to install and then connect to your smart home control like Alexa or Google Home. I have purchased 4 of these bulbs so far, and after a few trial and errors in the basically simple set up the first time, the rest of them were a breeze. Instructions that come with the bulbs are pretty clear although print is very small if you have eye sight issues you'll need some help to follow the instructions. Don't forget your glasses. I liked the first purchase of these cheaper than Phillips products given my budget, enough to make a second order. . So I guess that's the best recommendation.
