It fits my old e-series base (HX5610). It does not rattle any more or less than the original sonicare brush head. The shipping was very fast. The packaging was very good. I was contacted (by e-mail) by company representative the next day just to thank me. After the initial use it works just like the original product did with no excessive wear. I intend to get my replacements from them from here on out. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Clean teeth at the cost of my gums *by M***A on May 1, 2016* A word of caution: if your gums are on the sensitive side and you are used to using fairly soft bristle toothbrushes, these replacement heads from Primodent WILL irritate your gums and cause a lot of bleeding. I had been using the standard sonicare replacement heads for my electric toothbrush for about five years - I did not even know that there were cheaper alternatives on the market until I stumbled across this and thought I would give it a try. They were much cheaper than the replacement toothbrush heads from Sonicare, so why not give it a shot right? I did not know what I was getting into. I won't go so far as to say that these shred your gums up, but boy does it feel like it. The first time I tried one of these toothbrush heads, I felt like I was brushing my teeth with a porcupine. But I have been told I have sensitive gums by the dentist, so maybe it is just me. I have been using the Primodent toothbrush head for about a week now and the bristles have softened slightly, but still cause a lot of gum bleeding and irritation when I brush (morning and evening). I feel like for this reason, I have to avoid the more sensitive areas of my gums and therefore brush less thoroughly lest I get a mouthful of blood with each brushing.In any case, excluding the roughness of the bristles, these replacement heads from Primodent are pretty great in all other respects. My teeth have never felt cleaner. They felt squeaky clean and slippery after one brushing session. The replacement heads look and fit exactly like the sonicare brand, but they have slightly less of a weight to them. So if you are looking for a cheaper alternative, and your gums are in fairly good shape, by all means give these a go. If, like most people including myself, your gums are on the softer and sensitive side, be warned!Disclosure:I have received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for providing my honest review.
