Review: Excellent cheese with follower - This is a solid cheese mould and follower. Good quality and a free cheese cloth. I am going to drill a few extra holes for drainage but very happy. The price is unbelievable compared to what I would pay locally even with shipping costs.
Review: Great for soft cheese - I ordered these to make a more shaped farmers cheese than "random flattened cheesecloth" shape, and they worked perfectly. The cheesecloth it comes with is large and perfect for doing a double layer in this size. The only drawback is that it was difficult to balance a weight on top for pressure - it probably works great with a press, but I don't have one of those yet. They were incredibly easy to clean!

Very nicely salid made press. The follower is a smooth yet tight "seal". What I like is that the underside of the follower has the same rounding than the bottom of the mold.
