I was prescribed this by a chiropractor that wouldn't adjust me until I took this for a week. After 3 doses, I was a believer!!! It stopped my back pain, completly. I mean I was to the point that I couldn't walk the pain was so bad. It's a little expensive, but it's all natural and has expensive (Frankincense) ingredients. I also take it after a long day of working outside where I know I'll be sore the next day, and I'm not sore the next day. You won't be disappointed!

My Chiropractor suggested that I take these to help with my sciatica and stenosis. I have a bulging disc at L5, I went to him as a last ditch effort to try decompression treatments before having surgery. I was a bit skeptical about taking them, but finally agreed. My back has gotten better with the treatment, so I trust his advice. Recently I had my blood work done to check my cholesterol and I discovered a side effect of taking these supplements. My LDL dropped 30mg in 2 months! I was shocked, but it makes sense since turmeric and ginger have been known to do this. I also want to say that my Chiropractor had me taking a higher dosage than what they say on the bottle.
