Review: Nice table conference mic that does its job simply. - Bought to boost pick up on Zoom for a college that has regular hybrid onsite and online team meetings. Even though the room we meet in is fitted out with ceiling microphones etc, this little mic does a better job for meetings around the table. Those joining remotely report a substantial improvement in sound quality and picks up those in the meeting who are inclined to mumble.

I've had this for about half a year now and it is still working. People seem to be happy with the sound quality on skype/zoom/teams calls and it picks up sound even if I'm ~2m away. Maybe a bit bulky but overall good quality. Comes in a protective box that facilitates transport.

**Q: how many microphones are build into this device?  anyone know?  a version by anker has six!**
A: I had a faulty one (which was replaced promptly by the seller). They told me not to bother sending the old one back so I took it apart. There appears to be a single microphone inside as shown on the video. we use it in a small office with two people on zoom and it works brilliantly

**Q: Is it compatible with Bluetooth hearing aids**
A: It is a usb microphone that transmits sound via the usb connector. This is all it does and it does it very well. There is no Bluetooth connection within the device - the only output is the usb connection. One could probably direct the usb output to a blue tooth signal via a computer or other dedicated device.

**Q: how long is the USB cable & if its not long enough, can it be replaced? (what is the connection on the mic?)**
A: The cable is changeable.  It is a usb to usb-c. It’s quite Lomb at 1.3m and the quality of the mic, in my opinion, is very good

**Q: Will this work with a tablet?**
A: Thank you for your inquiry, this microphone is not compatible with tablets.

I personally don’t like wearing a headset so this TONOR USB Conference Microphone is perfect for me - so glad I was asked to test it. The sound quality is great and the clever 360 degree design means it picks up sound great from all angles. It’s so simple to use too; just plug it in – there’s no software required. It’s got a handy one button mute with a light indicator so that you can easily see when your mic is muted or on. It’s nice and compact so doesn’t take up much desk space and it looks great too!
