Value for money. It is real SUSHI RICE. Stick with this product if you want to have eat Sushi at home. For sushi rice I use 1:1 ratio to cook the rice and 1/4 rice veniger with 3 table spoon sugar dissolved in veniger for seasoning on cooked rice. You will enjoy perfect flavour full sushi.
