Review: Bokura No Movie Soundtrack! - This truly is 'our movie soundtrack' - my favourite Pokémon movie CD so far... The first time that I heard this CD I knew that it was the best Japanese Pokémon movie soundtrack CD that I had ever heard. This CD features several character theme songs (such as Annoon No Teema and Entei No Teema) but the tracks that I find the most enjoyable are 'Pichu Pika Suwingu' from the 'Pichu To Pikachu' short and 'Niji Ga Umareta Hi' (The Day a Rainbow Was Born), the end theme to the movie. Niji Ga Umareta Hi is my favourite song from the CD, despite not understanding its lyrics entirely! It is such an emotional song and when combined with the movie's closing sequence, is so poignant that it seems like an almost too abrupt end to the movie. This CD, in a word, rocks! It has powerful, emotional tracks that underline the message in the Third movie about family ties and the relationships between kids and their parents. It also features music from the shot movie "Pichu and Pikachu." The "Pichu and Pikachu" music is an incredibly fun and cute mix of songs about friendship. The "Lord of the Unknown Tower" music is more serious, powerful, and just plain beautiful. I especially enjoy the end theme song "Niji Ga Umareta Hi."
