Not only did these wraps do the trick of immobilizing them (and preventing the inevitable wrist injury I was heading towards) but it enabled me to actually do my workouts correctly and get some good gains! I’ve always avoided upper body in part because I felt like I just was never able to get a good workout, but I’m excited to see what kind of muscle growth I’ll see now. I went with the 18-inch, but I have smaller wrists, probably could have done 12-inch. I like the extra material because it lets me get a bit more support (be careful not to overdo it, though, you could definitely cut off circulation with these).
