Sometimes the wood has come a little warped but not all boards in the order. Thinner boards like this are easier to flatten and one or two warped boards in an order here or there is acceptable. Compared to other companies I've purchased from this company has been the most consistent. Wil continue to purchase for laser cutting. Review: poor quality - I have ordered this product multiple times over the last year-and with the rating B/BB, i expect a few flaws here and there, maybe a patch on some sheets. This last bundle, 8 of the 20 sheets have a patch-and it's a strange patch, not the normal oval. The remainder of the 20 all had what looked like grease stained into the wood. I make small items with this wood to sell. I am actually shocked, because the quality has normally been fairly good-but this was awful. It seemed like someone grabbed all the really awful pieces and made a box out of them, and sold as normal. Shame!! I looked for a way to contact seller-but was unable to locate one, so am putting in review. Hopefully it is seen by the company. I had just ordered another box before i opened this one, so I hope it will be the better quality that i've come to know. You'll need a laser cutter, a saw, or a router to cut this. A Cricut will die trying to cut this, ; ) **Q: How durable, sturdy, firm, etc is this wood?** A: I am using this wood for laser cutting. I have not had any issues with the Baltic birch plywood. Burns nicely, even better than some others birch plywood that I have used in the past. I see no flaws in the gluing process that was used, no delaminations or errors. I will be ordering from them again in the future. **Q: Are these sheets 1/8" thick? The product dimensions are listed as 12" x 24" x 4" but I need sheets that are 1/8" thick** A: They are NOT 1/8" (0.125") thick. They are 0.114" thick according to my caliper. **Q: Are the dimensions actually a full 12.0x12.0 inches or slightly smaller?** A: 11-7/8" square, but even though the product is well packed in double cardboard, likely if yours is like mine, an additional 3mm or 1/8" or so of the corners may be damaged.
