Leaf have to have weight off you're wanting to have load but they are stiff if you remove the load. I recommend the air bags. I have a 2010 tundra with fox shocks. My friend has a 2016 tundra with the same air bags on stock shocks. He has no load so his truck rides stiff. My truck has a tool box and bed cover. I have a load plus the fox shocks so my ride isn't as stiff. Review: I purchased a Firestone ride rite kit for my 2020 tundra and came across this cradle. I wanted an airbag setup that is not permanently attached to the axel same as the bump stop that it replaced. The airbag is only under stressed on heavy loads and can be deflated when not it use. If not, what’s the minimum lift achievable? (3rd gen taco)** A: On my F150 with the minimum 5-psi in the bags there is no increase in ride height over stock. The cradles are not a "lift spacer" type of deal. They just keep the bags in place while under compression but allow the bag to separate from the axle when the rear suspension is in full droop. The pictures make them look thicker than they are. The actual seat of the cradle is maybe a little over 1/2" thick. **Q: Does it come with 1 or 2 cradles?** A: 2 cradles and mounting hardware. **Q: Is this aluminum or steel?** A: It’s polyester. not steel or aluminum **Q: Will these work with airlift 50254? The diameter is 4” instead of 6”** A: It's really going to depend on the bag size. Mine is a 6" diameter and fits the bowls perfectly when contact is made.
