It's not a padded collar, just the thin leather. This doesn't bother me as I don't plan on using this as an every day collar but more as a decorative collar. I paid $7, I don't expect top quality when I paid so little for it. The shipping estimated that it wouldn't get to me till around April 1st, but it arrived in the mail today (March 7th) so a whole month early :DThe collar I ordered, and received, is white. I ordered the white because my dog is a dark color so I wanted something that would POP against her dark fur, this really does stand out and I think i'll get many compliments for it. Your large is posted as 18"-24" and that is exactly what i recieved when i ordered the medium. I would very much like to recieve the product that i payed for.....this is not it. Please send me a return label so that i can send this back and you can send me the appropriate size. This is the second time i have ordered from you i loved the collar i preciously got. It was beautiful and well made....and it lasted almost a year and a half before breaking. If i recieve the product i ordered i promise to change my review.
