Review: Great toilet seat, highly recommended - I bought this toilet seat about 3 months ago and have left it this long to write a review. We are a “bigger” family, all of us are on the heavier side so some toilet seats don’t last very long, just a few months. This one is different however. After 3 months, it’s looks identical to the day I fitted it. It’s exceptionally durable, heavyweight and sturdy. It has soft closing of both the seat and the lid so no trapped fingers which considering the weight, is a good thing. You can remove the seat for cleaning which is handy. The instructions for fitting were clear and easy to follow. It comes with good quality, non-slip fittings which have lasted 3 months so far without having to be tightened up, brilliant. It’s easy to adjust while fitting, I managed it myself. It’s a very stable seat, it doesn’t move at all while you are sitting down or standing, or while seated. It’s slightly more expensive than some but you get what you pay for, this is really good quality and I expect it to last several years. Review: Easy to install. Fitted well - Fitted much better than my previous seat which was twice the price. I think this is helped by the white plastic sleeves which take up any slack. This stops side to side movement. This has soft close which is great if you have kids. I will most likely replace my other two. ## Features - High-Quality Materials: Toilet Seat formed by wood flour press, wood form planted forests, which is healthier than plastics materials and has better scratch resistance. Fitted well *by B***Y on 10 June 2026* Fitted much better than my previous seat which was twice the price. I think this is helped by the white plastic sleeves which take up any slack. This stops side to side movement. This has soft close which is great if you have kids. I will most likely replace my other two. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to install. *by S***S on 5 June 2024* Purchased to replace an old damaged seat. I went for a new quick release one to make it easier to clean and found this to be very quick and easy fit, and has a good slow close facility which is much better when so people don't make a noise when closing the seat. I tried out the quick release and it's extremely easy to pop off, clean and then pop back on. The wood doesn't have a "wood" feel, it's more a polished finish when I don't think is to bad as it's easier to give a quick wipe over as part of the cleaning schedule. All in all, a good product which feels worth the money spent. ## Frequently Bought Together - Angel Shield Antibacterial Wooden Soft Close Toilet Seat with Quick Release Adjustable Hinges Toilet Seat Easy Clean and Assembly for Bathroom 45 x 37 x 5.6 cm (Solid Oak) - Ibergrif M34152 Silicone Toilet Brushes & Holders, Deep Cleaner, Toilet Brush with Quick Drying Holder Set for Bathroom - Pipishell Soft Close Toilet Seat, Toilet Seat with Quick Release for Easy Clean, Simple Top Fixing, Standard Toilet Seats White with Adjustable Hinges, O Shape --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/283274751-antibacterial-wooden-soft-close-toilet-seat-with-quick-release-adjustable](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/283274751-antibacterial-wooden-soft-close-toilet-seat-with-quick-release-adjustable) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-27*
