He is not incontinent, but using other urine bottles - including disposable ones was very difficult for him to manage with one hand. That would lead to accidents which embarrassed and frustrated him a lot. The size, shape and light weight of this urine bottle is perfect for him. He is mostly bed bound, so getting a proper angle is easy because of the funnell shape of the opening and a handle to position correctly. This certainly maintains his dignity. We even took it to hospital when he was admitted and the ward staff loved it too. Giving 4* because I could not clean it daily when he was in hospital and I couldn't visit him. Mould builds up in the tube - quite understandable. It is difficult to clean the mould in the tube because of the ridges. Rest of the bottle is easy ro clean and maintain. Just need to ensure cleaning it regularly. So, probably not the products fault.
