Taken this afternoon. I unplugged the box to rearrange some electronics and noticed this. Fortunately, it was plugged into a surge protector and not the wall. so extraction was easy. Do not buy this product. It's less than 1 year old and now I can't even plug it in.Honestly, I was really looking forward to getting this. I can't tell you the level of disappointment. The YAGALA T95Z freezes up constantly - I'm watching a program and the picture will freeze the dialogue continues. Sometimes it just freezes up when switching through from Movie to TV or searching for a program. There seems to be no one reason for it to freeze. The only way to fix it is to unplug it and reset. There are no manuals for either remote and the user interface has no instruction so it's just play with the buttons and click on everything to guess what things do. My internet speed is more than capable of handling the streaming. When it does work... It works fine. I just never know when it will seize up and I'll have to unplug it and plug it back in to finish watching.Image: As you can see it froze at 1:23 AM 6 hours later. It still didn't respond. Needed to unplug it to reboot.
