Hands-down, it’s customer service! I selected this because it looked so pretty that I wouldn’t mind if it was left out. After a few months, the spray trigger got sticky and I saw that they opted to replace it in the Item Description. Amazon had censored the email address (dumb and annoying of them) but I could teach them via the Message center. I realized after receiving them that I should have purchased two for each location so I could have one for neutral soapy water and another for bleach water but that's too much $ in one go.I recommend using some type of labels on these too.
