This is an excellent brace, no pinching and doesn't restrict movement.  My son loves it and says it is the best brace he's had as it allows him to move like he isn't even wearing a brace.

After seeing an orthopedic doctor last week, I decided to give a knee brace a try.  I was elated when I found this one as the XXL was said to fit someone with a 20"-22" knee.  The brace arrived yesterday and because it slides on instead of wrapping around, I could not even get it over my calf.  My husband, who is a good 80 pounds lighter than me could not get it on either, and his knee is only 17".  It appears to be a quality product but not something that will work for large-framed bodies.
