I only use them in the gym and for that use honestly they're fine. But I have 2 things to say about these.1. The looparound the ear CAN become uncomfortable, but for my ear, I'm perfect fine actually just leave the loop and not really wrap it around my ear, and they don't fall out (inside they offer different sized buds.)2. So I think twice now they won't connect to my iPhone 7 plus while I'm in the gym which was super frustrating. but I found a solution! In case anybody run into the same situation. What you need to do is go into bluetooth settings on your iPhone and forget the "Q7" device (to do so, you click on the "i" info circle next to the device name), then just turn it on again, then it works! Again I've had them for a few months now and I go to the gym 4-5 times a week, it's only happened twice.
