I’ve been using a generic version of the Mach One Hook for the past four years, and although it started off a great option, as my playing changed, it started becoming less and less useful. The padding on this one is excellent for Male concert violinists, as it doesn’t slide off the shoulder/suit like the Mach One would- in addition to being supremely comfortable. The feet are also attached to rotational sliders, providing for the biggest amount of customizability I’ve ever experienced with any shoulder rest.
