I changed the fill valve and flapper, but the toilet continued to leak water into the bowl and the flapper didn't stay suspended in the tank water to get a complete flush. I tried a different brand of flapper, both of which did not work. They were more like the flat type with a cone/bulb on the bottom. Both of these flappers would not stay afloat in the tank long enough to get the toilet flush correctly. I'd have to hold the toilet handle down for 3 or 4 seconds to make the water in the bowl go down. Then I tried this Kohler bulb type flapper and the toilet works like it should. Push the handle down and the flapper stays suspended in the tank water long enough to get a complete flush. Very easy to install, it fits perfect and it didn't cost very much. Review: Didn't work at first but it wore in I guess. - My toilets have leaked on and off for awhile and I have tried other flappers from hardware stores to no avail. I thought after googling it enough I finally found the silver bullet for my Kohler toilets. But I was again disappointed after the toilets still leaked. But as I gave up and turned my toilets off as I noticed them running one day I realized I haven't had to turn them off anymore and they stopped leaking.
