I tried them 2 times, both times I took them off within 5 minutes. Fit; the shoes felt a little tight in the toe, and a little loose in the heal, and had a flat arch. Round kick; pivoting is not as easy as bare feet, but better than cross traing/running shoes. Spinning back kick; it was very hard to find my footing, and would go off balance. Back story Our kickboxing studio closed a TRX training gym, took over our membership, the new gym did not have martial arts mats, they have weight lifting mats, hence the reason for the shoes.
