Moodies dampen the light around 5-15% depending the color of the Moodie. **Q: What are the dimensions?? Inside diameter and length?** A: They fit easiley love any light bulb. Probably 3" by 2" but stretch... **Q: Can these be used outside?** A: Yep, they are made out of silicone and just slip over the light bulb. I have three of them on my outside lights right now. **Q: Which color hurts sensitive eyes the least? I once had a red spotlight that hurt my eyes.** A: The honest answer is no-light, but everyone is different. I initially thought of just using them to create mood lighting for when guests came over, but liked the effect the Moodies created so much that they are now a permanent fixture on the lights over my bed, in the kitchen, and in the living room. My place has a much nicer ambiance as a result. They are also very easy to switch, so I can really take advantage of all the different colors, rotating them, depending on my current mood. In short, a simple, effective, and fantastic product.Definitely worth recommending! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Meh *by N***K on December 10, 2020* Some colors are nice and vibrant, others look very pale. Was disappointed a few of the colors faded after being outside for only a month. Didn’t expect them to fade quite that fast... will probably just end up buying some dedicated LED bulbs at some point to replace these. ### ⭐⭐ Way too dark *by M***K on April 28, 2020* I didn't expect such a drastic color change. The idea thing I was looking for was a "warm glow" (possibly a pinkish or amber color to tone down the whiteness of the LED bulbs) but I got a "fun house" effect. Sorry, not happy. My advice is to make them more translucent and more flattering colors.
