My wrist is just shy of 8” circumference and this easily fits. It’s long enough to fit comfortably and still have enough length to tuck the end of the strap into the loop. Using it for my Garmin Vivoactive 4S which has an 18mm wide lugs and 45mm from pin to pin. Fits this band perfectly. I cut a couple of holes into the band to accommodate the heart rate monitor and charging connection. Even with the holes, the strap still feels sturdy and the functionality of the watch isn’t affected.
