It’s super soft inside, very well made. I was amazed at the size and quality considering the price - I’d have paid out the butt at Petco. Great quality! No problems with smell or odor, arrived new. Good size! My African grey would fit inside if I could get him to go in. He does like the fabric inside as I’ve caught him rubbing on it a bit but I think it will take most birds that aren’t used to huts a bit of time to get used to it. It’s a great product if you can convince your bird to try it!
