In internet tanti parlano dei germogli di azuko rosso molto usati in Corea, Cina e Giappone. Meno del Mung, l'azuko verde, ma usati. Li ho comperati ed hanno germogliato con resa del 350/100. Certo il mung ha resa anche del 600/100, ma è un bel germoglio. Ho mangiato. Va raccolto quando la punta é chinata verso il basso se no diventa pianta e perde le proprietà nutritive. Servono 18 ore di ammollo, dopo 2 giorni spunta qualcosa, al sesto giorno ho raccolto. Il resto del seme che rimane attaccato é buono, vivo, croccante, tutte le proteine si sono trasformate in aminoacidi essenziali senza antitriptici. Non é morto, secco, marcio. Se vedete le foto si mangia tutto dopo una bella lavata in cui si tolgono cuticole e semi non germogliati. Ideale con olio, limone abbondante, pepe, sale.

Venditore super professionale e velocissimo, prodotto molto buono. Comprati per fare marmellata di fagioli rossi per dorayaki perche non volevo usare quella confezionata, assolutamente raccomandato!
