I read one review that pointed out the fact that the bristles dye to the color you are using. I found this to be true, but it won't affect your work in any way. I find the emphasis of this point to be a little over the top honestly, given the great price for the set. They spread wonderfully, and they feel and look high quality. My ONLY complaint is that since I am using these with acrylics, I wish they included a bigger brush than what is included. I think the amount of small brushes is somewhat... redundant.
