I don’t get the tingles with this or a real burst of focus but it definitely helps me get through workouts with a steady supply of energy and no crash even when I’m feeling tired. I’ve tried a lot of pre-workouts and this is one I use regularly now. This is my first time trying the sour apple flavour as my favourite sherbet lemon wasn’t available.
