**Q: Dumb question how do I get to roll on part?**
A: You turn the white cap/top counter clockwise ( like a clock running backwards).
If it seems hard to do that at first, sometimes running some hot water will make the turning easier.
Then the green ( or purple roller... inside,)
 once you get the top off, 
will begin to pull up the liquid.

I live by this stuff. Always does the trick if I sleep wrong (that’s all it takes these days). I usually use the lavender scent, but decided to mix it up. Wasn’t sure how it would smell because I don’t care for the taste of rosemary much, but it’s just the right mix of the two scents to give it a very nice smell! I think I like it better than lavender now!
