This bat will sound Broken once you break it in. This is a good thing.
The media could not be loaded. This bat has plates inside the bat that move to create a trampoline effect on the ball once broken it it will sound different than your Easton ADV or other bats. If it rattles while shaking with no palm or ball strike you are good. My 8 yr old is about 87 lbs and wacks the heck out of the ball. Loves this bat.

Best Bat Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great Product, hits great, great grip, and out of four bats i owned, this one has been the best, but bad with slow pitchers.

Not worth the price!
My son doesn’t like this bat at all and it’s priced on the high side. It sounds terrible when the ball is hit and the ball doesn’t go far even when hit on the sweet spot of the bat. I’m thinking maybe this particular bat is defective. Everyone who hears the ball hit says how terrible it sounds. Do not waste your money!

Performs Well And Looks Awesome Too
I ordered this bat in the 29”, drop 12 version. I think it was the perfect choice for our 8-year-old grandson. The length is just right for him, and the low (-12) weight allows him to easily get the bat around to meet the ball on time, and achieve an accurate, speedy, and power-packed swing. As I’m sure you’ve noticed, this isn’t an inexpensive bat, and, to be honest, I’m not fully convinced it’s worth its eyebrow-raising price tag. However, with that said, my grandson absolutely loves this bat. It has lots of pop and the ball soars off this bat when he connects with the bat’s sweet spot. Furthermore, my grandson said that when he hits the ball with this bat, it doesn’t sting his hands as much as his old bat did.So, if you’re okay with the price, I don’t think you can go wrong with this bat. It’s definitely a premium bat. It performs exceptionally well, and though it’s not all that important, it looks super awesome, too.If you have any questions about this Rawlings baseball bat, please feel free to ask, and I'll try my best to answer. I hope you found this review helpful.

Crappy Bat Experience (Failed in 1 Month)
The media could not be loaded. This bat is used by an 8 year old who weighs about 60 lbs. He does not have the ability to whack a ball out of the park, but get's an occasional line drive and hopper. He was at a tournament this weekend and hit the ball to first base and was quickly thrown out. However, we came to the dugout saying his bat "popped" wrong and something is rattling. I can't believe it - not even one month under this bat and something internally failed. Rawlings makes it very difficult for support as well - Photos, receipts, fill the form out etc. I will update this after I get my warranty claim. But for now I am scrambling to fit him into another bat to get him comfortable before his next game. My advice - buy a alloy bat and avoid Rawlings and composites. They are only good for about 2 years regardless - but not 2 months on ours before it failed.Follow up: So Rawlings came through with a replacement bat and it we’ve been using it mostly in the yard for practice and had bought a USSSA replacement from Easton. For this I adjusted the rating to 3 stars. So far it hasn’t popped (like the last one) but there is no warranty on a second bat. Overall I’m still annoyed about the bat warranty’s these days as they knowingly expect the bats to be handled by kids (tossed into bags, thrown end over end at ball games, even hit against a batting tee) and they don’t have enough confidence in their product to offer a replacement for a $300+ dollar bar.

Quality bat and very lightweight
I don’t get all of the negative reviews on this Rawlings 2021 Quatro pro base ball bat. I got this for my 8 year old son who’s a bit bigger for his age, and it has been working wonderfully. He finds it easy to swing and light weight. Yes it’s crazy expensive for a kid, but I’m hoping to get a few years out of this bat since he is right at the very bottom for the height and other requirements for the size I choose. The bat itself as I said is incredibly light weight, while still having the power to hit a ball as hard or as soft as you need to. Because it’s so light weight my son has more control over his bat instead of the bat having control over him. The grip on this this is cushiony and slightly textured, and has a removable choke or bat knob to help keep the bat from sliding out of your hands while swinging. Honestly both me and my son love everything about this bat, except for one thing. The cap on this is plastic. While I have been getting on my son to make sure he remembers to not hit this off of anything hard. I worry that this is going to break down much faster than the rest of the bat. And while it does help keep the lightweight feel that this bat has going for it, I still find it absurd that a bat this pricy has just a plain plastic top on it. So I did remove one star for that. But other than that we are very pleased with this bat!
