Review: Takes way too long to cook - This stuff is much thicker than the other orecchietes (ie, DeCecco). Package says cook 18 minutes (!) but we cooked it 25 and it was still too chewy to eat. We love their spaghetti, but we gave away the rest of the packages of orecchiete and will not buy it again.
