Review: It was okay - A poor choice in the wrong place. It arrived well-packaged, quickly, and undamaged. However, it's of the lowest quality and doesn't look good at all. Only suitable for the laundry room. That said, it's easy to assemble, and they are actually quite practical. Nevertheless, in the future I would buy something of higher quality and with a better appearance.

**Q: No instructions on how to put this together, no loops to slide a rod down and just velcro at the top for top support. How do you do this?**
A: Open the Velcro and slide the poles down the opening and then close the Velcro back over the pole

A: Yes. The whole laundry hamper is collapsible, it can be folded and placed into drawer or cabinet to save space when not in use.

**Q: Hi! I only received 7 of the 8 support poles! Can I please get an 8th one?**
A: I would contact the vender. I did receive my 8 poles. Good luck.

**Q: Is divider removable?**
A: The divider and the laundry hamper are sewn together, so it is not removable.
