**Q: Are the shoulder straps adjustable?(separately)**
A: the shoulder straps are integrated to the straps that go around your ribs.  It is a very comfortable product and by the way - this product DID NOT have any oder...Not sure what this other person is talking about.  It is a great and comfortable product.

**Q: Does this hurt your arm pits?**
A: This posture corrector is amazing good it doesn’t hurt my arm pits

**Q: Does this help correct the neck hump known as Dowager's hump?**
A: That’s one of the reasons I bought it, but I haven’t really noticed a difference in the “buffalo hump.” I do like that it helps me stand up straight while I’m cooking or doing dishes, and my husband says he has noticed I’m not as hunched over as I used to be. Hopefully, after more time and weight loss, the hump will subside.

**Q: Does it relieve or ward off muscle spasms at all?**
A: for me, this posture corrector was very comfortable and I had a relief in my back during the times that I wear it.

Nice packaging with quality material and design. Straps are a bit awkward in armpit area but can adjust for a better fit. Posture is improved immediately but beware of some soreness while adjusting to the change. Will wear and be mindful of upright posture!
