You do have a a little bit of play with this skirt, you can wear it higher or lower comfortably to get the length exactly where you want. I absolutely LOVE mine! It's very pretty and so comfy. **Q: How is the waistband? Does it squeeze you tight?** A: No, very comfortable flowing skirt!!! I love it! **Q: what is the fabric?** A: It’s a sheer rayon. I received one of the two I ordered and never got the second. Also FYI ships from China direct so is delayed. **Q: Is it see through?** A: One I bought had a sewn in slip. A second I bought did not. The material is light weight, but not actually "see through". The fulness of the skirt prevents anyone from being able to see through. Very comfortable.
