The only thing that went bad on my previous one was that the little plastic “bellows or diaphragm looking thing that you press to start it finally cracked & I couldn’t use it anymore. Anyway, I figure 12 years of daily excellent use for what That does for me?? Come on! EASILY WORTH A12 on a scale of 1-5. Go buy you one now! ONE QUICK TIP: on top of the filter that you change every 2 months.: BE SURE TO MARK THE DAY YOU NEED TO REPLACE IT BY, not the day you put the new one in. I tend toward the forgetful side, & that made a difference in performance & those filter are inexpensive anyway. Go BUY ONE NOW!

Works great! Super easy to set up & use. Makes no noise whatsoever. Excellent price. Many years ago I tried another brand. Directions were confusing, didn’t do what I needed it to.
