I understand that it's a different fit for everybody, and the instructions say "For the best sound performance and a secure, comfortable fit, be sure to adjust the earbuds to rest gently in your ear. Use the provided fit kit to find the eartip that works best for you". There is no "Fit Kit" or any other earbud size, hence no way to adjust the fit. Because it doesn't use the universal earbuds, I don't have anything to replace it with at home. I have only had them a week now, but they have used them a few times. They tend to slowly fall out, but everyone's ear is different.They reverb a little if you like music with bass and have them turned up. When I pull them out of my ears the ear cup... things flip inside out. These are not HUGE issues, just things I have come across. I paid 30$ for them and if something were to happen to the first pair I would purchase another. The biggest problem I found is the inability of the earbuds to stay in your ear when jogging. The rubber earpieces are too flexible and soft. They allow the earbuds to fall out.
