You have to brush it up and glue it. When you put plastic film lay down and chill for 8 minutes ;). If you have bushy eyebrows, Do not apply perm on the tip of you eyebrows. I highly recommend you to patch test the product on your hand hair and see how does it work. This is one time patch test for the rest of your life so it makes sense to do it.
