Review: Good product great price - Definitely a good choice to add compression to any injury not so cold that it’s unbearable it’s a good product for icing. However, there is already some wear and tear where the Velcro goes with frequent use. The sleeve for the ice pack the ice pack Is ideal as it stays in place and due to thr material its not as cold as other gel packs though I would buy again for how easy it is to use and for the fact that it remained on the area that it was required for. I also added another ice pack on the opposite side of the Velcro to wrap around a leg and it worked ideally and it works with the single ice pack. It comes with as well. This is a good product great price.

**Q: Do these heat directly in microwave or need be placed in water first then microwaved?**
A: You may heat the gel packs in the microwave (approximately 30 to 60 seconds) or in heated water (approximately 4 to 10 minutes).

**Q: How can i get another wrap (one for each knee)?**
A: I think you have to buy two sets or find one in Amazon with 2 wraps

**Q: Is there a pocket for the ice pack?**
A: There is a pouch with a velcro strap that is made to hold one of the ice/heat packs

**Q: Does it stay cold long?**
A: I kept it on for 30 mins and it was still cold.  Hope this helps.  Very good product and shipping was as excellent as well.

Definitely a good choice to add compression to any injury not so cold that it’s unbearable it’s a good product for icing.
