I sent the costumer service a request for refund and got my money back. I had 4 other similar ones that lasted me so far about 5 years. Just lost one of them and wanted to have more that didn't work out. **Q: Can those balls be used for drying featherfilled jackets in order to make them fluffy?** A: Hi there! I can't guarantee that it will make your feather filled jackets fluffier, but I can say it will soften them and help dry them quicker.
