I finally took the leap and placed this oil onto my scalp and hair. Granted (it depends if you want to have a heavy layer of this oil on your scalp and hair), I had kept this oil in my hair for several days. Sure it looked a bit greasy after placing in pony-tail, and using a come to even out the hair strands. But I didn't care. So, when I finally washed my hair, I must say I didn't have any hair loss after using a brush hair dryer and I feel the hair looks healthier. I will continue to do this on the days I don't work. However, I must say from my previous review, that having used this in conjunction with the 41% Vaseline content on my face, I have noticed that I now have very fine baby hairs growing on my scalp where I had previously lost hair on beginning of the forehead. It's not overnight but it does work. Another word on this castor oil.
