The book is well organised so that you can easily find the activities that support your chosen session theme. I follow the author on twitter & learn a lot from her so I decided to invest in buying this book. I was delighted to see the size of it on arrival & knew it was going to be a good one! The contents pages alone span 15 pages and give clear detail of what to find where so can be read start to end then easy to dive back into to find certain resources. I liked the balance of clear explanations of theory balanced by useful, practical activities that can be used straight away. It was definitely a good buy and this is a book you'll want your own copy of to have it on your shelf when you need it. Definitely a key book in my 'professional library' now.
